These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of our application (the "App"). By downloading and using the App, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.
Hackers grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial use only. The license is subject to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
You agree to use the App only for its intended purposes, which includes creating and configuring golf rounds, use of leaderboard or side game scoring, and sharing or joining of a round to synchronize session with your party - of which consent to share or join the round was mutually agreed upon prior to action in the App. You may not use the App for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You will not engage in any activities that could harm the security, integrity, or availability of the App or its users.
Hackers offers In-App Purchases ("Purchases") that are one-time charges or auto-renewing ("Subscriptions") charges for unlocking content. Subscriptions may be available in varying durations (i.e. yearly, monthly) and may contain trial periods before any charges are incurred. Prior to trial or Purchases, you agree that you are 18 years of age or older, or have permission to make Purchases from a parent or legal guardian. You are responsible for the management and cancellation of any Purchases or offer codes that are subject to auto-renewal. All payments for Purchases will be processed through the Apple App Store. You agree to pay all charges associated with your selected Purchases, include applicable tax. You can manage your Subscriptions and cancel auto-renewal through your Apple ID settings. Changes or cancellations will take effect at the end of the current subscription period.
You agree to indemnify and hold Hackers, its officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from any claim, demand, or damage, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or related to your use of the App or your breach of these Terms.
Hackers may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by posting a notice on the App or by email. Your continued use of the App after any changes to these Terms will constitute your acceptance of the changes.
These Terms and your use of the App are governed by the laws of the United States of America ("USA") without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the App will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association. The arbitration will be conducted in Greenville, South Carolina, USA.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Hackers regarding the use of the App and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and Hackers. By using the App, you agree to abide by these Terms.
